Announcing RoleModel's New Brand
After 27 years in business, we introduced a refreshed logo and brand palette—honoring the spirit of our original identity while modernizing it for flexibility—timed perfectly with our move to a new headquarters and the maturation of the RoleModel Way in 2024. By elevating “RoleModel” (our culture and values) as primary and “Software” as secondary—and subtly integrating the cross/sword into the design—the new brand visually reflects our commitment to character, craftsmanship, and servant-hearted service.
After 27 years in business, RoleModel officially has a new logo and brand color! The new logo pays homage to the original but modernizes it, making it more flexible.
But why update it now? After all, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” right? We wanted to celebrate the new era of RoleModel. The last several years have represented sustainable growth for RoleModel, and we just moved into our new headquarters space, making this the perfect time for this change.
With our focus on standardizing the RoleModel Way in 2024, we’ve been refining our language around how we approach things, including our Core Values of Character, Collaboration, and Craftsmanship. This new logo helps visualize that by showing RoleModel (culture and values) as primary and software (what we produce) as secondary.
The “t” is also more integrated into the design. It represents the cross of Jesus Christ, whose perfect character we seek to emulate as the ultimate role model. It also represents a sword, which we think of as a picture of the lasting craftsmanship that we aim to produce.
We are excited to offer the same excellent service to our partners under our new logo for many years to come.
