What does a codebase assessment include?
We read your codebase and deliver a written assessment: what is sound, what carries risk, what it costs to maintain, and whether you are better served extending what you have or rebuilding. Fixed scope, fixed price.
How long does an AI Discover Phase take?
One to two weeks. We study how your team actually works, prototype against your real constraints, and hand you a plan with the tradeoffs named. You own the output whether or not we build what comes next.
Do we have to commit to one AI tool?
No, and we would advise against it. We build workspaces out of plain files you own, so your context and your skills move with you. The workspace stays constant while the model stays a choice you can revisit.
Is our data safe?
Connections are read-only by default, so AI can reason over your data without the risk of changing it. Where writing back earns its keep, we open that deliberately and narrowly. We work through licensing and data handling before any tool touches your systems.
