Just-in-Time Immersion Training

We offer a variety of excellent hands on training workshops, but if you really want your team to become software craftsmen, you'll have them come "live with us".

We've trained many excellent craftsmen over the years in Agile Software Development and Object-Oriented techniques, and are now opening this opportunity to others.

Instead of giving a canned set of exercises, we'll train developers while they work on your project. Although we typically recommend two to three developers live with us for a total of five (5) weeks over a two to three month period, you can sign up for a week, a month, or a year with one, two, or up to five developers getting concentrated attention. When we find the developers are missing some information or not understanding a technique they need to go further on their project, we'll present it to them "just in time." When you just need to watch an experienced developer do something that is natural to him but not to you, he'll roll up his sleeves, do it, and explain it to you.
